SquareZero have been awarded for
their holographic representations of Bjorn, Agnetha, Benny and Frida for ABBA
The Museum in Stockholm. We were granted two awards for the Entertainment Experience and Heritage in the categories at the IVCA Livecom Awards 2014.
We have been working with ABBA The Museum for several years now. The
museum project was one of our most enjoyable
hologram projects last year.ABBA The Museum opened its doors to the public on
May 7th, 2013 . Since the opening, the museum has had over 275,000
visitors and has quickly becoming one of
Swedens popular tourist attractions.
In December ABBA The
Museum was chosen as one of top 3 destinations in Sweden by international
travel agencies at the yearly Swedish Tourist Gala.
The holograms
became a show-stopping event, where ABBA fans can come and singalongside the
hologram stars. The performances afterwards are then captured and stored
on interactive tickets, which can be accessed by fans after their visits.
The 3D characters were modeled and animated to
great detail, using our leading edge in-house facial motion capture for
lip-sync and dancing along to ABBAs famous hits. It was pleasure to work with
ABBA The Museum and see this project come alive. The whole team is so pleased
to start the year with this excellent news.
We are currently working on some new thrilling and
immersive holographic experiences, so watch this space.
